40 families received food pkgs!: Some of the moms are in the hospitals, some moms have cancer, some are elderly grandmothers with no support. THANK YOU, HRJ & Catherine Ashcroft for your generous kindness to help people make through difficult times. 40 families translates into 240 people--mainly children--will eat well

Food Bank!: 20 families received food from the Food Bank with complete food ingredients to cook their favorite menus! For example, Mansaf with shrak, the goats milk, rice, oil, yoghurt, chicken, etc.--a few hours later the moms sent photos of the delicious food that they cooked--same day! The package lasts

Being flexible & able to adapt to the world as it changes is one of the keys to successful living. When things get tougher it’s important to work together—with your family, friends & community. Working together brings more moral support, resources, strength, stability & HOPE. We are always better together. Recently friends have come up with good ideas, like starting a Food Bank & “Meals To Go!” which has been a help to families & children without enough food to survive. In Jordan, poverty rates have increased by 38 percentage points among locals. (Posted by ReliefWeb)
